Chipotle Mexican Grill - Paramus

So overpriced which was fine when they had good stuff on the menu but they took off the chicken that I really liked. The rest of their food is fresh but nothing different than any other burrito place. And they don't even give you chips they charge you so much money and don't give you chips cheap chips. Of course you can buy chips on top of your order. Not worth the price total hype spot

Not only is the service absolutely TRASH but so is the quality of the food, management has hired teens and college kids who simply do NOT care about you or how your food comes out! Go to Ramsey, it’s 10 more minutes away but SO worth it, PARAMUS STAFF ARE SO RUDE! I hope management sees this and realizes I won’t be coming here ever again and I’ve visited here 3 times. Most of the women working have a stuck up attitude and are pissed probably thinking “tskk why you come here and bother me??” Oh my bad I didn’t come here to waste my money and get an order filled with attitude. Management NEEDS to do better! Ramsey has you guys beat on all levels, even without the drive-thru! Besides my burritos and quesadillas come out sloppy every single time!!

All is great. They should have access to wifi. other restaurants just like it have it.

Terrible food Terrible service. I ordered online it can’t be anymore easier than that. They lost out on a a company ordering weekly from the restaurant due to poor quality of service to there customers.

Love this place, the food is good. The service isn’t up to par, it’s like they are always annoyed every time someone walks in the door. You should treat your customers accordingly and not so nasty. Do better.
