This Starbucks location consistently falls short compared to others, despite my attempts to give it multiple chances. I recently ordered an Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, but I could barely taste it. I also ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe, and it was so light on flavor that it was hard to recognize it as such. I'm not interested in a free drink or a refund; I just want better service.
