Taco Bell - Paragould

The food was really good, the lady in the window was super nice! But wait... It took 35 minutes to get our order through the ride thru, there were only 2 cars before us! Do not recommend if you are looking for “fast” foods.

I give two stars only because of Bill/Eric and the only other employee which I don't know his name. As far as I was aware there were only two employees working tonight. Eric kept an amazing attitude even though the drive through was completely packed to the road nonestop. The food we did receive was great, I just wish we would have received our complete order which was placed online before we got there. I'm not placing blame on them though because there should be at least two more employees working. I can say this taco bell has gone downhill in the past two years. Each time we have went there regardless of the number of employees working our order has not been completed correctly. We were missing a couple of the high dollar items tonight including a 5 layer beef burrito and Chipotle cheddar chelupa, we received a beef chipotle ranch burrito instead of the chicken. Do better Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell has the worst service and quality prep. The manager literally yelled at her crew members in front of at least 10 customers and argued and swore at one crew member. They always get my order wrong. Poor management.

I ordered 4 quesadillas 2 of them are fine the other 2 was not cut and only had 3 to 4 small pieces of steak!

This is the very worst Taco Bell I have ever seen in my life. I was in to pick up door dash orders and they always put those aside for all of the new customers that walk in. I waited over 40 minutes to get my orders. They said they didn't have them and then suddenly when I complained they found them. They need to set the priorities correctly in this store. This store has been bad for years. They are always extremely slow. The workers walking around talking, laughing,fixing themselves drinks and standing doing nothing instead of preparing orders. Every order should be treated as first come first served and not pushed aside to take care of only certain people while others have to wait. Hire some people. Please. This place is horrible. Negative 3 stars is what the actual rating should be.
