Julian Serrano - Paradise

Julian Serrano Tapas has become one of my favorite go to places when we stay at Aria. I love the small plates as it allows us the opportunity to try a variety of foods.

This is a perfect spot for a couple dinner. The seafood paella was incredible!

Feels a bit like gussied up food court seating lots of exposure to the casino. Very salty food. Our octopus was super bland. Nothing fancy.

We sat at the bar and it was an outstanding experience. Bar staff was very attentive without being intrusive. Full menu service. Suckling Pig was the highlight along with the best churros north of Mexico.

Soooo good! We went on the recommendations of the server, he did not lead us wrong! We had paella and the bread appetizer with the garlic, tomato and ham. Couple of glasses of wine and we were stuffed!
