Applebee's Grill - Papillion

Got a drink wasn't good so I asked to change to something else....charged me for both.....SHADY.....will not be back.

The one person, Isabella Robinson smokes weed. She reaked of it when I seen her. Either drug test or I will make this bigger than it should be

Very upsetting, to watch staff standing around doing nothing while you sit 15+ minutes, waiting to order. Management doesn't seem to notice or care. They are a HUGE part of the problem.Food is sub-par compared to what it was 2 years ago. SO sad, but true .Applebee's you can contact me for more details on how you can improve

Fish and chips, fish batter was thick and pasty between the fish and the outer crispy layer, tasted old. Onion rings okay, steak was not great. The pretzel appetizer was the best part of the meal. Ambience is OK and the server was awesome.

We walked in on a Sunday for lunch. Waited 5 minutes to be sat with only 5 parties already seated. Okay whatever right? We get seated, my boyfriend goes to the bathroom and I’m browsing the menu. Boyfriend comes back, still no drinks or any attention. We continue to wait. At this point we’ve been seated for 10 minutes without being helped. We got up and left because this was quite ridiculous. No wonder why it was so empty.
