Our server for the evening was Joseph Smith and I tell you he is a master in his craft. my son's attention was more than any other restaurant I brought him together. super friendly, helpful and quickest service of this page of the Mississippi. highly recommend asking for him as your server, I know that I will be from now on every time. I'd leave 10 stars if I could. Food was also amazing.
My husband and I have been going on 910 East 23rd Street to Red Lobster for our wedding anniversary for 3 years. The last couple of times we went the food was really good, except this time it was different. Our server Abby was really sweet, but the food wasn't. I had sent my food back three times because none of them were cooked at the right time. My steak, but above all, I am an experienced server, I know that if you take food back into the kitchen, it's all just the meat restored. Abby, our server stood by while I checked the temptation of my steak when it came for the first time rarely, so I asked her to take it again and let it boil again, the next time it came back it was medium rare, so I sent it back and the next time it came back I noticed it was the exact same steak that she had taken back 3 times. I am the experienced server that I am fresh meat, should be cooked and not the same 3 times that causes cross-contamination when every time, because the right temperature is not properly made, so when I got it back, it was medium good and seasoned. My vegetables still had something to do and the potatoes tasted like them? ve have been sitting in the cooler for a few days. The shrimps were still raw and the mushrooms filled with seafood also had a funny taste. So, now for the last day or two I have to do with food poisoning, so I missed a day worth of work. We will never come back to Red Lobster we were very disappointed so that next time we go to Angelo?s Steak Pit for our next meal.
Lady Taylor was an absolute nightmare. I'm the one who left the evaluation for Efrain. (What we hate he left... I've never had such bad service we were 1 of the ZWEI people there were 10 minutes for the drinks... Biscuits never came out until the appetizer was out. Kept claimed she would get her. Then after she finally ordered us after another 20 minutes, she hurried my husband by making a bunch of Huffy and Puffs. We'll have another 20 minutes for our dinner. It finally got out. But then. My husband couldn't remember anything so that I tried to help them, she made a slick comment what you're sure to say everything for him. Then I had a Togo folder I had to ask to tell her a nice seater, we want her to come to our table so that we can put our order she already knew. And then she came ours immediately, which had to wait 30 minutes, and we had to wait for us to have eaten. Then when we changed her whole attitude and she tried to act nicely. I'm sorry Taylor has no tip for you. Yes I pulled my first Karen movement. Worst service ever tasted terrible steak like pure meat and I'm crazy, I love you. And you should know that Cuz I often go there...
Fantastic. Our waiters were great men. I love that they came down to the level of my children and addressed them to give them the opportunity to order themselves. My daughter gets very nervous about new people, and she calmed herself fast. We will definitely come back! The staff is absolutely amazing.
Place gets busy. I had a to go order and it took forever to get my food. I used the restroom and seen my to go order at the kitchen. It took 15 minutes still. My food was cold and could tell it had sat hot, with steam on the lid. That lid steam ruins the texture of any bread, or breaded item, which I had coconut shrimp, it was limp. I only give a 3 because I know it's quality usually, and to sit down I know I would have enjoyed it more! I generally would rate Red Lobster a 5! Not that it's a 5 star restaurant, but the food quality is always consistent, when not sat in a to go box an extra 15-20 min. Would recommend. But of getting to go. Don't wait too long before you ask to get extra attention! You pay for it!
