Captain D's - Panama City

The bathroom was in terrible condition, with no soap or towels. I waited 10 minutes for my food, only to be served cold fried dishes. The spicy fish had no flavor at all, and one piece looked as if it had been sitting in grease for too long—it was almost burned. I ended up barely eating one of the three pieces in my meal, and it didn’t even come with a drink. I’m really concerned about the hygiene practices here; without soap or towels in the restroom, how can the staff maintain proper hand hygiene? Now, 30 minutes after eating, I’m feeling sick. I will never return to this place and will be reporting this to health authorities. I will also make sure that everyone I know hears about this, and in three months, I’ll be warning strangers to stay away too. Believe me when I say this.

The staff has a very unprofessional and unfriendly attitude. Although the door states that the closing time is 11 PM, the dining area is closed by around 8:30 or 9. Three months isn't enough experience for anyone in this role; they need to hire employees with better skills and training.

I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes for my food, and I wasn't even informed that it would take that long. I appreciate the effort to make it fresh, but the quality of service was very poor. I hope they can improve in the future.

Eating was hot and fresh. it took 5 minutes to get through the rather long line in dt during the midday hours, but there was only one man work service. he's right today.

Been eating from here for years and the quality just isn't the same. Always get family meals and apparently you don't get hush puppies anymore. The last two times I didn't get any so I asked the guy in drive thru if they were in there and was told yes to get home and not have any
