Whataburger - Panama City Beach

First time at Whataburger and I enjoyed it, but my wife thought it was so-so. The location was very clean and had a friendly staff. We ordered the Patty Melt, Jalapeño and Cheese Whataburger, and Dr. Pepper Shake. The shake was definitely different andtasted a bit weird (of course, I?ve never had a Dr. Pepper Shake), the spicy ketchup was good, and the creamy pepper sauce wasgood. The creamy pepper sauce was almost like a spicy ketchup and mayo type sauce. For being a fast food style restaurant, itwas definitely worth the stop to try the food. Definitely recommend.

We were first timers so we didn't no what to expect, but the 30 min wait to order and then 30 min to receive entire order was ridiculous! 3 workers sitting on break when line is out the door and 1 person is taking orders. Need better training!!! Frieswere ice cold and rubber burger was edible at best!!

The server who took my order was incredibly sweet and patient—not rude like at some other places—while I was deciding on what to get. Jarred was fantastic and very friendly. My food was spot on: the burger, the fries, and the white chocolate raspberry shake were delicious, and they even remembered the spicy ketchup. The best part? The price! I got all of that plus a medium cup of water (not the small size you usually get) for just $11! I will definitely be returning!

Overall, everything was fine. The spicy ketchup, however, was excellent.

I’m a big fan of Whataburger, no matter what the service is like. However, this specific location tends to take longer than others I’ve visited to prepare orders. Their curbside pickup could use some improvement, as you’ll likely need to go inside to collect your order. That said, everything here tastes great, and I always make it a point to grab a Whataburger whenever there's one nearby during my travels.
