Starbucks - Panama City Beach

I typically have a fantastic 5-star experience at Starbucks, but I really wish they would bring back the raspberry syrup and the Coconut Mocha! I don't understand why those items were removed from the menu. I used to love getting my Raspberry Latte, and nothing else quite compares to it. I also always enjoyed the Coconut Mocha during the summer. It's such a huge disappointment not having them anymore.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks. I find myself coming here almost every day. When tourist season kicks in and the lines get long, they operate like a well-oiled machine! They know my name, and the staff is always friendly, checking in on me and making my drink just right every time. Richard and Baylee are true stars. I won’t be going to any other Starbucks; these people feel like family to me.

I always enjoy visiting Starbucks. However, I wish they had more staff taking orders and preparing drinks. It's understandable, though, since this location is inside a Target store. Overall, the customer service is great.

We were twice and the same Gal took our orders both times. She's super friendly. A large customer service interaction is always pleasant during a busy time! We like to take a quick coffee and go to the park.

This starbucks was amazing! The baristas were awesome, especially Cas! She brightened up my day for sure! I know that it's not an easy job, being in the middle of that pier park craziness! Will DEFINITELY be back! 100 stars!
