Mr Bg's Diner - Panama City Beach

Good little hidden gem in a small strip mall. Friendly service, good food selections and good tasting food with decent prices. I had the country fried steak and eggs, and the wife had a biscuit breakfast sandwich. The Food was hot and filling. Good stop!!

Went for 9am breakfast yesterday. Only 4 customers were there. Waitress didn 't even speak. She pushed 2 menus forward at us, and hubby asked do we sit anywhere? She said yes. We watched table of 2 ladies have a problem: one of them got their meal and the other waited another 15 minutes for hers to come out. Hubby asked if they take credit cards and she looked irritated and paused, so he said you used to be cash only, do you accept american ecpress. She finally said yes. Rude!! We never got asked if we needed more coffee. Hubbys food came out, my french toast sticks came out, hubby said we also ordered grits. She barely said yes and walked away. His hashbrowns were awful had obviously been cooked beside some strong onions and thats all you could taste. Yuck. She never came back to the table. Not even to bring check. We checked out and she mumbled sorry about your grits. It has changed!! Look at teviews (yelp too). We wont be back.

The food and the service were good , only the a/c was missing to make the experience perfect . Hopefully they will fix that , but it’s a good place to get a tasty breakfast.

New favorite in Panama City beach! We loved this place so much at breakfast that we just had to come back for dinner. Compared to other restaurants around, the prices are not bad at all. Service was awesome! Super friendly staff. I must admit we were a little nervous because of the location and appearance of the restaurant. However, the service and food was top notch and just shows you not to judge a book by its cover! Hidden gem for sure!
