Mimi's Bakery - Palouse

The homemade pastries, muffins, cookies, and breads here are fantastic. They always have fresh coffee on hand, along with daily sandwiches and soups. If you're passing through Palouse, Washington, this place is a must-visit. Their breakfast sandwiches are also excellent!

How has no one reviewed this bakery yet? Mimi's creates amazing baked goods that satisfy my sweet cravings. The fruity items, like tarts, are particularly gooey and delicious. It's definitely worth the trip to Palouse if you live in Moscow or Pullman, especially since there are currently no bakeries open in either of those towns.
