Chicago Bears Game Day. Place is full. A waitress, a bar. Help must be hard to find. Nothing like 15-20 waiting for a drink.

One of the few places left that have a smoking area. Service was great.

Very bad experience. My son has been sick since we ate there that day. First time there to grab lunch and watch Bears/Packers game. It was packed with people watching the game and only one (very hardworking and visibly stressed) waitress working the entire floor. I could see only one bartender as well. Very long wait for drinks, even longer for the food. We ordered burgers and fries, the burgers were a bit more pink than I'd like but we were so hungry after waiting we ate. Within twelve hours we both felt sick, he spent the night in the bathroom vomiting. Obviously never going back.

Generally we love this place. Their beer garden is awesome (when the weather is nice) and the staff is usually very attentive. The food is very good too. I only gave three stars because of our last experience.We placed our drink order and told the waitress we would be sitting outside. She said that would be alright and came out a few minutes later with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order food. We told her we needed a few minutes and she didn't come back out to take our order for another 30 minutes. She had been talking the whole time with a couple regulars, and that's fine, but there were only 5 people in the entire restaurant. We told her we changed our minds and left to eat somewhere else.This kinda tainted our experience, but we will be willing to give more stars and give them another chance, and hopefully our service will be better.

Great family place especially for the Holidays and the very successful summer St. Jude fundraiser event! The great group of young ladies who really love working together give great service with a wide smile only at X'S and O'S year round! AKA Chris L.
