Starbucks - Palos Heights

This is the worst place you can go. Very rude. I ordered a white chocolate mocha latter and I was given a breakfast hot tea black. When I came back to return the drink, the girl who took my order, was very apologetic and nice, but the manager was extremely rude and combative and ended up, refusing to serve me and give me the drink. I ordered. She also refused to give me back my money until I told her I was not leaving the drive-through until I got my drink for my money. Service: 1

So i will say that although the food is good and they just remolded the shop this year, so it does look really nice in my opinion, the service is just so bad i try to be understanding and patient since i know fast food/customer service is challenging, but jesus, it’s bad. the wait time for the drive thru is always long (even if it’s just 3 cars), drinks are always made wrong (i.e- getting a hot latte instead of ice), and the online order system on the app always seems like a 50/50 chance on whether they decided if they were going to just cancel the entire menu besides cake pops and regular hot coffee i hate to leave this review as i’ve been going to this starbucks for over 4 years, but lately it has just been ridiculous.
