Situated in the heart of Palompon, just two blocks away from the town hall, this spot is a must-visit. I absolutely adore their Ngohiong, which is reminiscent of the Ngohiong from Cebu. Their pizza is also a fantastic choice—it's large and incredibly tasty. If you stop by, don’t forget to inquire about the origin of the name "1620"; you’ll discover some fascinating historical facts about Palompon. As a fun fact, Tito Boy Abunda once visited 1620 Bistro during his time in Palompon!
