We were seated for dinner and waited for 15 minutes before another couple was seated. Their order was taken within 5 minutes, while we weren't even acknowledged. After a while, we decided to leave, and it seemed they didn't care at all.

Always a reliable choice! This is our favorite spot, whether we're celebrating a birthday, hosting a wedding reception (like my brother's), entertaining out-of-town guests, or just looking for a nice evening away from home. They occasionally have live music, which adds to the atmosphere. We love the tapas-style dining here, sharing a few appetizers and splitting entrees. It’s a very cozy place, both inside and out. Enjoy your visit!

It was a fantastic girls' night out! Everything we ate was delicious, and we enjoyed our time from 6 PM until closing. We felt warmly welcomed the entire time.

Great atmosphere. The live music was fitting to the setting and ambient. Food was delicious and really enjoyed the wine and beer flights. A gem in Palo Alto!

Very disappointed with our dinners. Two of us had chicken kabobs. Very dry and inedible. The other had a beef that was also very dry and over cooked. Probably will not return. Sorry about that as I have always felt bono was so special
