Really delicious food, beautifully presented. really Thai food. even whimpy me could find wonderful options that were not hot (I like spicy, but not peppery hot). the prices are reasonable.

The service is incredibly poor, particularly when it comes to check-in. Guests are often left waiting at the entrance to inquire about their table or to get any attention regarding availability. The tables are situated very close to the door, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, as people stand right next to the tables while they wait.

I had a reservation, but I still had to wait to be acknowledged at the door. The service was very slow.

When we returned, the entry was crowded, and we had to wait outside. I waved to the hostess I had spoken to earlier to let her know we were back. A few minutes later, I noticed she had seated another party of five at our reserved table, so I gently intervened and she managed to seat us instead. However, our table was right next to the entrance, which opened directly onto the street, making it quite chilly. One of the seats was at the end of the table and blocked by a large pole, and it was so close to the door that people waiting outside kept passing by us. Every time the door opened, cold air rushed in, and we had to keep asking folks to close it behind them. It took a while for our server to check on us; our drink orders were slow as well, and only four of us received our drinks. We had to request another one for the missing person. Two appetizers arrived quickly, but the third came out at a different time than the entrees, which made for a bit of a chaotic experience. On a positive note, the food was exceptional—definitely the best Thai I’ve ever had. The flavors were fantastic, the quantities were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable. Just be prepared for some chaos if you choose this place. Don’t come here if you’re on a tight schedule, on a date, or looking for a relaxing and intimate evening meal.

Great Thai food. We ordered the Penang curry and the Red curry, but they looked and tasted identical. We enjoyed them both nevertheless. We also ordered Green chicken curry which was again pretty good. The lettuce wraps came with stacks of very small lettuce, so it was impossible to actually create a 'wrap ' out of it (unlike say PF chang 's who provide nice big leaves of lettuce). But it tasted good once we figured out how to wing it. They seemed sort of understaffed on a Friday evening, so it was hard to get their attention at times. In general I 'd rate the service as average. We ran out of rice and waited for about 15 mins to get another bowl. I 'd go here again mainly because the food was great.
