Dunkin' - PALMYRA

This is by far the worst Dunkin' location I've visited. The breakfast and morning crew consistently fails to get my drink right. Recently, it's been so bad that I've decided to make the trip to the Dunkin' at the Hershey Outlets instead. I recommend staying away from this place.

I ordered an extra large coffee with oat milk and caramel. I did not taste any caramel for the first three sips I had to shake and spill my coffee in order to get the flavor. It was 3 PM on a Saturday and nobody was there. They could’ve stirred the coffee. Edit) went back the next morning and coffee was much better.

They always mess up my order! They are never nice always rude and unfriendly. I refuse to go there anymore!!!

The lady at the window is very miserable. Not just having a bad day, this is the third time with the attitude. Asked her to put whipped cream on my latte, she huffed and puffed ?told her never mind she stated she wasn’t going to do it anyway? never received a straw. Would not dare to ask. Will drive to another one before stopping there again!! She really should be back making the food and not dealing with customers.

The staff who prepare the food and the woman at the window are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. However, the lady taking orders (who I believe is the manager) is impatient, hurries customers as they order, and can be quite rude. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. Today will be my last visit to that location!
