Everyone in this business is rudely extremely rude attitude ordered a 10 pieces chicken nuggets. She asked me if I wanted spicy, I didn't say regularly, so if I grab a nugget I bit it was spicey went back they had the greatest attitude to talk about what. So, you big people with attitude say what the hell did the problem with people today, want to work as not serve food if yah cant get what we order properly
Dear food, but the staff must pay attention to small details such as straw apkins and sauces I know in luck that the order was complete
This place is one of the best in terms of customer service. The managers here on both days and nights are exemplary. So who hired the little miss non- customer service person on drive through who just said, ef me to another employee, for wanting to order an extra frosty at the window. She could have said we are really busy, if.you would just drive around again and place that order, I would have been fine with that. Non customer service oriented people need to mop floors... permanently.
I stopped in today to grab some quick lunch at the drive thru. It seems like every time you go through a drive thru fast food restaurant the person on the other end taking your order acts like THEY are in a hurry to get somewhere. Even when theres no one else behind you! What else?! Will that be all?! , they say.... Not this Wendy 's. I had the pleasure of speaking with Craig today. He didn 't rush me and was so courteous and patient. Other restaurants (yes, you McDonald 's) can learn from this young man. It seems to be contagious because the girl who gave us our food was also courteous. Great job Palmetto Wendy 's!
