Taco Bell - Palmetto

The employees at this restaurant are not up to par. The quality of the food was disappointing, customer service was lacking, and my entire order was not served. I suggest that this Taco Bell reconsider their current late-night staff.

We ordered a couple of tacos that day, and the woman at the drive-thru window was friendly. The food was also served very hot.

The staff is very friendly, and I've visited a few times; they always seem happy to be at work, which is not something you see often. This place is definitely a step above most fast food restaurants.

Could be cleaner in the back where they make food, employees are very rude! And they rush most the time my taco shell is broken or my burrito is falling apart SMH and they NEVER give napkins, thats a must!

Every time I order with the app it never fails to charge my account but they somehow never seem to get my order. Also it says they're open online but the people inside won't acknowledge you. Worst taco bell in the area.
