Have you spent the last 25 minutes at this dunkin? lage.. At first I went up to the window and waited to be greeted. 5-7 minutes were over and no one came to report that I was there. After almost 10 minutes someone came to the speaker after I started to say hello again and again. I gave her my order about 3/4 times and she could still not get it right. Someone screamed differently in the background. The cashier who helped me told me to drive forward because she couldn't hear. When moving to the window, she opens it and I can see her employee who apparently screams that they're fighting. I found it super unprofessional from her employee to continue the dispute while I went to the window and while I tried to order there also in the window. She filed my order and I paid. Waited for another 5-7 minutes and she came with my strawberry-drama fruit refresher at this point I thought she was there with my whole order. She closes the window again, and I can hear her fight from outside the window. Another 5 minutes goes past it comes with my coffee her?s feeling the sides of the cup and continues to tell me to try my coffee and tell her if it is hot if not they make another pot. I put my hands on the cup and it was the coldest coffee I've ever served in my life. I may go to Dunkin twice a day. I only took the coffee and she closed the window after about 5 minutes waiting I was about it I decided to drive because it was just frustrating at this point. About 25 minutes in the window, I have no wake up. A cup of cold coffee was just there! I'm super disappointed and can say that I'm going to return to this place. So unprofessional.

Okay, so it's close to the hood, but I find it a nice place to talk to friends and colleagues, not too busy inside.

Coffee is never made the same way twice, said the employee at the window of coffee was too dark and I wanted more cream and sugar. They make me a new one that is as dark and bitter as the old one. You can't get any more business from me. Hide some people interested in it.
