Domino's Pizza - Palmetto

This is the worst Domino's I have ever visited. The staff never answers the phone, no matter what time it is. When I went to the store, there was no one there, so I have no idea why they couldn't pick up the phone. This is the most unprofessional Domino's pizza I've encountered, and I will never return.

I placed my order at 4 PM for delivery at 6 PM. However, I can't reach anyone through the corporate customer service line or the local pizza shop number. Now it's 7:15 PM, and there’s still no delivery, no phone call, and no email. The only update I have is from the tracker, which states that my order is "out for delivery."

I placed a pickup order during business hours and arrived at the restaurant, following the instructions for curbside pickup. However, it seemed like no one was inside the building. I waited for about 40 minutes and tried calling, but a few hours later, I received an email saying my order had been canceled. After reading other reviews, it looks like this happens often. Why does this keep happening?

Ordered food at 11 because it said they didn’t close till 1am I went to pay at 11:40 they said my card declined so I tried multiple times as they said it was a problem on my end I walked outside to call my bank and saw the manager leave with my pizza at 11:45 ended up driving to Fairburn for Taco Bell and my card worked fine there

Terrible terrible terrible. Do. Not. Order. Avoid at all costs!
