Dairy Queen (treat) - Palmetto

Went in today 7/23/23 and the girls there greeted me right away and gave me time to figure out what I wanted and even gave me suggestions about what to order. They were the sweetest girls and they made me laugh! Great customer service and my order was perfect! Everything was really good especially my blizzard they suggested I try. Will definitely go back because that's what customer service is all about, making sure you come back. They made my day ?

By far the worst establishment ever. Waited in line for about 30-45 minutes. Once I got to order, my ice cream was literally water. I ordered a blizzard and a banana split and both were so runny I asked for a refund and was trying to get convinced to order something else of the menu. I eventually got my money back but after much attempt. It’s so sticky in there like muggy. I’mNot sure how code enforcement doesn’t fail them for being disgusting.

Don't even waste your time going here for ice cream. They say DQ, but all there is is vanilla soft serve with Wal Mart brand squeeze chocolate syrup. We left.

Shakes were good, the wait was horrible, took over 20 mins to place and get 2 shakes, think long and hard before you commit to going here
