Fusion Cafe - Palmerston North

Ashurst is the perfect place to spend Mother's Day. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and I often come here just for a coffee. It's definitely worth a visit - Ashurst has it all!

I recently had lunch at this modest cafe in Ashhurst and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food! I ordered the kumara rosti with smoked salmon, and the rosti was made fresh and tasted superb. It was a refreshing change from the reheated dishes found in many cafes nowadays. Everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The outside could use a bit of a makeover, but the quality of the food and drinks more than compensates for it. This restaurant is family-friendly and offers plenty of outdoor seating for sunny days.

We had a fantastic first experience at this cafe. The staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home, especially with our toddler happily playing outside with other kids. It's rare to find a family-friendly outdoor spot where parents can unwind while their little ones stay entertained. The food was delicious - I even enjoyed the chili pie, despite not typically liking spicy foods. We will definitely be coming back to this cafe. We loved the food, the welcoming atmosphere, and it was well worth the drive. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience!

I am a regular at Fusion Cafe and always find it a pleasure to be there. I think they do an amazing job for a small village eatery. The food and coffee is of a high standard and the staff friendly and efficient. I have the Eggs Benedict and enjoy it. Not sure what Kathryn A is all about. A bit of snobbery I suspect.

Great to see the Latte Bowl still in existence tho the coffee in it wasn't the best. Still good atmosphere a plenty of old favorites in the food cabinet. Would come again.
