Kfc Palmerston North

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially as this shop was over because normally busy and with customers who had ordered online for pick up in another store just to find out that business was closed at that time. The manager had an excellent task to deal with a difficult situation.

It was my first time in palmerston north kfc was very busy in the drive thru the guy who took the order had a dear friendly and was very courteous awesome customer service of this gentleman and this was on the 2-7-22 between 6:30, 7pm, so that I gave them a 5 star causal for his courteous fantastic and costumer service. Too bad I can't say it about eating. I asked for extra chicken salt on my chips, but never had it so packed on my chips like that before! the ever did that put too much C/salt on my chips and my drum stick looked like it sat there for more than an hour in consideration the running gear thru was busy so was very disappointed by my application when it came to my eating and it looked out as though I were on my personal but please praise them to the worker who commanded him, so please make sure that the eating is hot and the chips fresh ursache my chips were lukewarm sad palmerston north kfc maybe I just came to the wrong time.

Delicious hot food, good customer service, we come in at a very busy time to eat in store, we waited over 40minutes to be served but because it was a Friday night, so super busy drive thru! we still ordered, sat and ate our meals.

Hadn't been to KFC for nearly three years. After returning and paying the bill, I remembered why. While the food is tasty, it is ridiculously expensive for what you get, much better value to go to a restaurant or cafe.

A 30 minute wait in the drive thru, but my order was complete and the staff were courteous.
