KFC - PALMERSTON CITY

Terrible befuddled service, poor food. Waited 50 minutes when only 5 orders before mine. Takeaway Family Feast order had soggy under-cooked chips and missing items. Even after 50 minute wait, had to ask for the coleslaw and sauces when noticed they were missing but found more missing items when arrived home. Premises dirty, messy and uninviting. Either train and pay staff properly or employ competent people. Complete waste of time and money. Big fail.

Brought a family pack, which wouldn't even feed a family of 4. Burgers were undersized, almost the size of dinner rolls. Chips were undercooked and everything was lukewarm.

Wandering home on a wet night, we decided to give KFC a go. Big mistake. Poor service to begin with then the chicken was overcooked, really dark brown and was almost too bitter to eat. I finished one piece and binned the rest. I think that paints the picture for the rest of the food we ordered. We don 't live in Palmerston yet I don 't understand how this place could stay open. The manager, if there is one, should hang their head in shame.

I stayed next door and noticed the drive-thru line was always crowded, so I decided to walk over to KFC tonight. I was greeted by unfriendly locals who were asking for cigarettes and high fives. After waiting for the staff to notice me, I placed my order and left with it. Unfortunately, I was followed through the car park by locals asking for money, cigarettes, and food. While this isn't KFC's fault, they should consider adding security. When I got back to my hotel room, I realized that I was missing utensils, napkins, and KFC moist towelettes. The 3 piece feed I ordered turned out to be a 2 piece feed, and the quality of the food was disappointing. This was the worst KFC experience I've had.

This is the worst KFC I have ever visited! The staff were too busy chatting with each other to ensure the orders were accurate. When I received my order, both 3-piece meals were missing the chips, the zinger burger combo was completely left out, and the frozen Mountain Dew was missing as well. I sat outside to eat and it was disgustingly dirty.
