Perkup Espresso - Palmer

Gave us frozen pretzels twice (ice chunks and all), then gave it to us in a puddle of water. They seemed offended when when asked them to warm them back up. Not great service! Other locations are great though! Just wouldn’t recommend this one!

Someone suggested I come here since they have an early bird discount and I get up early for work, also it 's right down the street from my house so I was excited to give this place a try. I got in line at 6:51am, 9 minutes before the early bird time would end. I had to wait behind two cars, and by the time I got to the window it was 7:03. I asked if I could still get the discount and the sweet barista at my window informed me that the computer had a time clock on it and won 't allow for the discount after 7. She said she might be able to manually discount it, but when she asked the other barista her response was It doesn 't matter what time you get in line, only what time you get to the window. As if it is somehow my fault that the line took longer than 10 minutes to get through. I got a large mocha with an extra shot, and I usually leave a few dollars in tip (as a fellow barista) but this time I left nothing, even though I would have liked to tip the first gal I spoke to. Regardless of my frustration, the espresso was also not great. Other places in town make better coffee.If I try this place again I will update this review.

Got my loyalty rewards with Perk Up Espresso! They have been pouring my favorite flavors since what feels like forever I totally enjoy the sassy little notes I get. Great coffee and exceptional service!My order is a hot dirty matcha

Jho Stephanie are the absolute best. Whether it’s a cloudy day, gloomy, raining, early, you name it, I am always greeted by these rays of sunshine. There will be days when I’m running behind to work when I pull up to the window, my order is already waiting for me. These girls don’t ever get it wrong, and I’ve not once been disappointed leaving their shop. The best baristas!?

THE ABSOLUTE BEST espresso and chai and other drinks!! Staff is amazing (I know them all by name and they greet me by name every time! and so sweet/courteous/helpful. The girls even know our DOGS by name and often greet them first with dogtreats in hand!! I drive the extra distance out of my way to get drinks at the Glenn Highway PerkUp!!!!! ?
