Starbucks Coffee - Palmdale

I love Starbucks I go there like everyday so this is uncomfortable to write a negative review. Got my hot venti caramel macchiato today at this location and it was like 2-3 inches missing coffee , it usually full to the top at other Starbucks locations. I didn?t even see it until I got home which 30 minutes away so never mind. Ugh won?t go there again for sure!!!

This is my second visit to this Starbucks, and once again I requested extra caramel in my drink. Unfortunately, they added even less than the regular amount, just like last time. I wouldn't recommend this location; instead, I suggest driving down the street to the one near Chick-fil-A, which is far better.

The staff at this restaurant is quite rude. I placed a mobile order for two hot coffees, but when I arrived, only one was prepared. It was only 6 AM, and they weren’t particularly busy, yet it still took them some time. When the employee finally handed me my coffee, he didn’t say a word; he simply handed it to me.

This place is run by a miser or bad manager. It's a shame, too, because the staff is nice. I frequented this location often as it is convenient and close to me and my clients and friends. I notice that there aren't too many people that stay inside, which is another nice thing. However, the manager keeps the place so frigidly cold, that even the employees work with jackets on! When asked about the temperature, we are told that it is controlled by corporate. I know that just can't be true. The music is so loud it gives you a headache! Today, however, I met someone there, and it was nice. The music was at a very acceptable level (not like a concert) and you could actually have a conversation without having to yell! The temperature was also more pleasant as well. When the manager or owner came in, suddenly the music went loud by over 10 notches!!! The manager/owner seems as if he doesn't like people. The employees become stiff, and the manager isn't friendly with customers, even those of us regulars! I may just have to find another location, and I suggest you do as well. No good service, no business from me. I've had it.

This Starbucks location is fantastic—definitely one of the best in Palmdale! The staff, especially store manager Jose, are incredibly helpful and friendly. They make placing large orders a breeze and are also great if you need assistance with the Starbucks Foundation, which provides grants to nonprofit organizations to support thriving communities. The location is easy to find, clean, and the staff is always eager to assist. Highly recommend!
