I always ask for Ifood or Uber Eats delivery and the experience is always good

Terrible. Where have you ever seen a soda refill system not being able to drink before all the snack is ready??? And I was extremely thirsty! But that's okay, those are house rules. Good thing knowing this, I'll never go back!
