Almudaina - Palma de Mallorca

Booked a table for dinner, lovely view but food was very poor, both ordered cheeseburgers, my husband started eating his and when he got to the middle the burger was red raw, as I got to the middle of mine it was not cooked through but slightly better than my husband’s, we complained and the waiter took plates away but totally unapologetic, we ordered desserts and coffee and when we were given the bill they had taken off a 5 euro dessert as compensation for burgers. We said we were not happy and not prepared to pay for the burgers, the waiter/manager then said it was our fault as we hadn’t told him how we wanted our burgers cooked and that we had eaten some of the meat….. we said again with the cheese, lettuce etc on the burger we couldn’t see how they were cooked until we got to the middle, refused to pay for burgers and in the end they agreed. Very disappointing experience

Called in for a drink while passing, quick enough to sit us down, went to toilets, hmmm don't think I'd want to eat here after seeing state of them. Asked for the bill and was stunned at just less than 17 Euros for a beer and a Coke, up the road similar was less than 7 Euros. So, basically one of those places that is in a tourist trap that will take advantage and I feel anyone reading this will have been caught first!!!

Poor food and service. We took pasta and also cerrano ham plate. Also some small tapas plates. Would not recommend.

Con gran ilusión reservé en el restaurante Sky. El menú de la semana no tenía pretensiones pero esperaba mano de cocinero,nada, poca mano. El entrante era un medio bocadillo de pastrami,gustoso,lo único.A los pimientos de piquillo solo los salvaba la salsa, faltaba melosidad al relleno. El salmorejo de remolacha bien ejecutado . La mayoría pedimos de principal lubina con judías verdes salteadas con jamón. Otro de los comensales pidió chuletillas de cordero con patatas a lo pobre. Ambos platos ya estaban precocinados,marcados,por lo tanto llegaron a la mesa demasiado hechos.En cuanto a los postres el brownie estaba muy bien en cambio el limon pie,a parte de la acidez ,el crumble del fondo del vaso no era de los mejores que haya probado,ni tampoco la crema que cubría el mismo. El lugar y ambiente bien,buenas vistas y el aire acondicionado con buena temperatura. A mejorar...En la mesa tiene que estar revisado tanto el salero como el pimentero y un restaurante de un hotel de esta categoría DEBE CAMBIAR LOS CUBIERTOS CUANDO SIRVE PESCADO.No es de recibo que la camarera te diga que guardes el cubierto para el siguiente pase y más si es pescado. En ningún momento pensé que escribiría esta comentario, más bien todo lo contrario. Les deseo que mi opinión les sirva para rectificar.

Leave the little jewel today. I recommend it for every couple or family who want to experience and explore the beautiful palma. the personal was fantastic and eating was amazing. they have a beautiful roof terrace that looks over the palma. just stunning. you will not be disappointed!
