Share Small Plate Bistro - Palm Springs

Drove to Palm springs for the day and ended up at the Hyatt. They have a really cool restaurant called Share. The gourmet nachos serving size was huge and delicious! My server Adam was not only friendly but made sure that my meal was prepared exactly the way I requested. Extra tip for him?

The adage you have to spend money to make money is lost on the management and owners of the Hyatt PS and the Share Bistro. They seem to be doing the absolute minimum. They really need to invest in developing a memorable and quality menu training and motivating servers that make customers want to return and return again. As the only dining venue inside the hotel they are leaving money on the table by sending captive guests elsewhere for a quality meal, including breakfast. Its been years since they have had a working espresso machine; sure Starbucks is down the block, but with some investment in equipment and staff they could be churning out coffee drinks to guests and maybe even locals coming in if its good enough.

Food was terrible. It was dry, overcooked, and did not tats yet good. Do not recommend

Food was decent, nothing extraordinary. But the service was good.

Good food hear . was tired to lazy to go some where out. The food here was very tasty and healthy! and friendly bar tender too!
