Mcdonald's - Palm Springs

I picked up 17 sandwiches (Big Macs, Double Cheeseburgers, and Filet-O-Fish), 8 fries, and 5 soft drinks, and the total came to a little over $90, which is more than I usually order. Even though I arrived around 2 AM and saw at least 4 cars ahead of me, I was genuinely impressed with how quickly I got through the line and received my order. The guy taking orders was the only employee at the front, and while I’m not sure how many were in the back cooking—perhaps two or more—he was working hard and was incredibly fast. Although I didn’t eat any of the food (I work for a delivery service), the fries were piping hot, and the sandwiches were also warm! Having ordered from many other places in the past, this experience could have turned into a nightmare, but instead, I received the best service and professionalism from McDonald's that I've experienced in a long time. Thank you for making my job easier!

The employees are very helpful, and the restaurant is located in a busy area. Despite the rush, they manage to serve you quickly and get your order correct. The staff is great, so be sure to treat them kindly. They handle a steady stream of difficult customers all day but still keep a smile on their faces!

This McDonald's is fantastic! The staff at the front are very friendly, and my sausage and cheese McMuffin was delicious.
