Bidrage med feedbackNice server, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE hostess. We asked for a booth and with her broken English said You have to wait then! . We asked how long? Again she replied DISRESPECTFULLY, I don 't know could be 5 minutes, could be 10!! . She obviously needs to retire! We will NOT be back.
My husband and I took our 4 children out to an early dinner at your restaurant. We were the only, and I'm serious, the only customers in the restaurant the entire time we were there. You would think that would have meant we had excellent service, since there were at least 8 employees wandering around. This did not happen. We had to remind our waiter of our orders, never received, or were charged), for the appetizers, my children walked into the kitchen to get refills, waiter went on break and forgot. This continued throughout our meal. I have a 9 year old with ADD and ID. My 4 year old has ASD or is on the Spectrum) with ADHD. We go out a bit early, 5:30, so as not to disturb too many others. This time, we seemed to be disturbing the staff.
Worst IHOP I've ever been to. Server/hostess was just one person. She was incredibly rude. Asked to buy a few things off kids menu, which has never been problematic, and was given a harsh no. Changed order but don't eat sausage or bacon and asked to sub with fruit, another hard no. Or I could pay for a side of fruit. Upon leaving asked about putting part of the bill on my credit card and she said it was fine, but then claimed her register made a mistake and she charged me the full amount. Never gave me a refund for the prior bill that was rang up. Pretty sure I've been double charged. This was the worst experience ever. Do NOT recommend.
Normally we go here for breakfast when in town, but never again. On a Sunday morning, we went around 9AM. Everything par for the course until a couple was seated across the aisle in a different booth and decided to put church on their phone at full blast instead of attending. We asked politely for them to turn it down, and they did momentarily. After that, they turned it full blast again. I got the manager and asked her to address it...from there it spiraled downward. We had already been served food. The other people started yelling at us and became abusive. Even my 2 year old was upset. The manager 's solution was we can move you. Not to remove or move the people causing the problem. Which makes me wonder if they had been physically aggressive, would the manager have done anything? Would we have been safe? It 's enough for us to not go back--we can go elsewhere for brunch in the future. We were 2/3 through our meal with 2 small kids. We ended up not finishing brunch, paying full price, with no apology, and leaving while the two people continued to harass us as we paid. The manager completely screwed up and was useless. Corporate 's response wasn 't much better besides oh sorry, we will talk to the manager. Diners are noisy with families and food and ambient noise, but this was over the top. The food was mediocre but expected. The wait for a seat and for food was long ish, but again Sundray brunch it 's expected. Lack of managed safe environment? Enough to make it a one star.
Super busy when we came but considering that, the service was very good. The food is what you would expect. By that, I mean the breakfast food is great and the other stuff is decent.
