Cartel Roasting Co - Palm Springs

I ordered an iced honey lavender matcha, and it was simply amazing—like getting a double take from a gorgeous girl on the subway. The service was prompt and welcoming, and the ambiance was soothing. Food: 5/5.

This is an excellent spot for pour-over coffee, boasting a range of imported, specialty filter-roasted beans. The ambiance is nice, and the staff is welcoming. I didn't sample the food, so I can't provide any feedback on that.

Cartel served the finest coffee we had in Palm Springs, showcasing a meticulously crafted iced latte that was perfectly balanced, along with a delightful cold brew. We also bought a bag of beans that brewed excellent coffee at home. The staff was friendly, and although the space was small, it was comfortable and modern, featuring 6 to 8 tables indoors and a few more outside (although those lacked shade). Food: 5/5.

My daughter needed her morning Matcha Latte and they served her a great one, which I also enjoyed. It's a funky coffee stop that does it right. Very nice to see in PS too, as the seem to be getting more hip and local places like this. They have a funky pleasant atmosphere too.

Home to some of my favorite espresso in Palm Springs! Love the intimate atmosphere. Wait times are reasonable. Staff is kind. Prices are fair.Food: 5/5
