Leonardo's Pizzeria - Palm Harbor

Stopped in late to grab a slice of pizza. There were a couple of slices of pie left. I opted for the single slice of Sicilian. It was a large slice of Sicilian. The crust was very nice and airy and crunchy at the same time. The sauce was very rich and bold. Had a good amount of cheese on top and the cheese was also very good.

First time here. Tiny pizza joint and they have individual slices of pizza here and they are thin for those who don't feel like filling up on high bread content that only big box pizza makers serve. There's outdoor seating in front of the entrance for couples or a single person only. I'll be coming back for this pizza pictured again. I believe it has sliced meatballs. I didn't see sausage pizza though which is my favorite, just pepperoni and two others were the choices at the time.

We have been by this place several times and today, we finally decided to stop in and try it. I am happy we did! I love Eggplant Parmesan, and they had it on the menu. When it arrived at the table, it was HUGE! I have had this dish at many many places and this has to be the BEST or tied for first place of all the places I have tried. It was tender, had great flavor and was cooked perfect. It was not greasy like some are that deep fry their eggplant. The owner said they cut and batter their own eggplant and that answers the question as to how big the slices where. I will be back to try other stuff and also do a full video review. If you visit, you will not be disappointed. Anyone who follows us knows that when it's bad, we say it's bad. This place was clean, staff is friendly and everything looked, taste and smelled really good.

Really good homemade pizza with several different flavors. Grandma’s pizza has a medium thick crust with chunky tomato sauce and mozzarella. It has a nice garlic and olive oil crust. Only downside is the grease. We also got a Sicilian pizza with pepperoni. Also very good but greasy. The Godfather sub is delicious. We do have a local favorite for Sicilian pizza but their Grandma’s Pizza is a nice change from the traditional thin or thick crusts and loaded with flavor. The staff is also very friendly.

Being born and raised in NY I can truly say this is HANDS DOWN THE BEST PIZZA I have come across in Florida. Closest thing to NY pizza. The sauce, the crispy crust, the quality of the cheese! 10/10 recommend! Beyond happy I stumbled upon this place : The owner and workers are just as awesome as the pizza!
