Chipotle Mexican Grill - Palm Harbor

I just went this Chipotle and it was filthy!!! The counter was disgusting, dirty, with food all over the place. Same in the beverage area and register. I brought it up to the cashier and she was extremely rude, then asked me to talk to the manager who was also extremely rude, handed me over the card of a district manager who I called and didn't pick up. A food inspector should go there ASAP, I understand Saturdays are busy, but we deserve to eat in a clean place, we are not pigs..

Rudest employees and GM anywhere. No customer service

This place is horrible. Can't place an online order half of what you ordered will be missing and the other half wrong. The staff leadership is rude. The area they build your food is disgusting. Food thrown everywhere, everything is all mixed up. If you can't have lactose your SOL because there's sour cream spilled into everything. Allergic to corn to bad there's corn flung all over the place. How doesp piece's of lettuce end up in the chicken? It's disgusting.

I’ve only been here a few times now but this time confirmed i will never be back. i would usually never write any type of review but my experience here was terrible. Every time i’ve been (about 3 times) not one staff member was remotely nice, for example the teenagers would laugh or give disgusting looks(i am a teenager). i was also told i couldn’t pay with a 100 dollar bill because “the machine doesn’t take them”. As a former chipotle cashier i know this is not true and i wasn’t able to get my food.

The absolute worst experience. Totally ruin my order and then want to offer me a drink as a replacement???? What about the food you just ruined? I want the food I paid for. Not a drink I did not pay for. Always check your food before you leave. This location is notorious for messing up orders.
