Bidrage med feedbackIt 's true what people have been saying about this is better than subway, but in my own opinion I think jimmy John 's is much better for the value and taste wise. This place was throwing off vibes that it wants to be a diner in the 50s but lacks the chrome. ?Me and my girl both went in to get sandwiches I got the monster ginder and my girl made custom sandwich.I don 't know this place has its dairy license since they do own Taylor machines yogurt machines I didn 't have the heart to ask but it would make me feel better if I saw the license on displayI 'm open to come back if the food didn 't make me sick ?
In economics there is the theory or diminishing marginal returns of labor. Monster Subs needs to brush up on Econ 101 and hire about 3-4 more people and learn the operational efficiencies of specialization. Needless to say, the pace of production moved at a glacial pace.Contrary to the service, the subs were great with plenty of meat, fresh ingredients and decent bread. Overall they have a good concept but I couldn’t imagine if we would have asked for a couple of shakes or ice cream, we probably would have been in there for an hour just to get a to-go order. Hard to say if I will wait an additional 30 mins of my life just to get a couple of sandwich’s.
If your in a hurry DO NOT GO HERE.This was a great place and delicious food when previous owners had it. I guess new owner doesn’t want to hire help. 1st, they absolutely never answer the phone between the hours of 11:30-1:00pm. Considering all the employees move at the speed of a snail, they are certainly not going to answer a phone. Multitasking is not one of their specialties. 2nd the sandwiches are now Hit Or Miss. Its like each employee has their own method. Try our better going to subway where they are fast and you know what your getting.Good luck.
Food: 7/10 Service: 5/10 Portion size: small/medium Value: 8/10 Wait time: no wait on a Tuesday at 4:30pm First time coming and was craving a sandwich! We tried the Hungry Monster and Monster Ruben sandwiches and asked for a cup for water and got charged for it without the cashier telling us it would be $2.50 for tap water). : The sandwiches were good but on the smaller side. Hubby and I could have probably shared 3 together. The Hungry Monster was our favorite out of the two but a little dry. It had pastrami, roast beef and salami. It came with an aolie sauce. It had good flavor though with the banana peppers! The Monster Ruben was good too but wheb you compare the two we liked the Hungry Monster more. This sandwich had sauerkraut, cheese, and pastrami in it. Overall it wasn't bad. I just wish there was a little more meat in each sandwich and that the cashier would have told me that she was going to charge me for the water.
Pretty basic pre packaged heat and serve sandwich, no need for a second visit
