La Quinta Brewing Co. - Palm Desert

Very relaxed pub style atmosphere. It's a seat yourself, and the wait staff will come to you. I enjoyed the pineapple cider with a half order of wings and a basket of onion rings. I sat at the bar and was served by the very attentive bar tender (thank you). I watched some golf and enjoyed the vibe. They have a separate area for gatherings or corporate events? Behind the glass where they make their beer. Cool little place.

Went in here to grab a quick beer and was told to stand back from the bar and beer menu, find a table and menus will be brought to us shortly. While feeling corralled by the one employee, we were ignored by the rest. We waited 20 minuets and never was helped, all employees were just standing around talking and ignored their other customers as well. So we just left! After being ignored for what felt like an eternity waiting for just one cold sip of beer we left after being ignored and went to the firehouse instead and were served immidetly with a smile! So, maybe pass on this location for a while

Never again. The shrimp tacos were loaded with coleslaw and 2 little shrimp. Waitress never stopped back to see if everything was ok. Waited 45 minutes after placing order to receive food.

The food is mediocre. We had onion rings...we ate very few...frozen, the fried in oil, so the onion is not fresh but mushy. The wings were okay. Nothing special. The beer was good, but the Chardonnay was average. For us, it is a one and done. The food is just not good enough to return.

Just one thing I can’t wrap my head around.Zero beer glasses/mugs are chilled nice and cold. All mugs are room temperature.I inquired why, manager said not enough space to chill the mugs. That was a ridiculous answer. The place is a beer joint and also huge in size, makes absolutely zero sense. And if that truly is the reason, then whoever designed/planned this joint messed up large. Non cold beer mugs at a beer facility, that’s almost comical if you think bout it!!
