Bidrage med feedbackThe food is great and reasonably priced but the service is terrible. They never answer their phone and when they do, you get put on hold for at least 10 minutes. Was put on hold and went to the restaurant to order my food instead. Hung up the phone right as i walked through the door since i was going to just order in person since the wait is too long. How is this a 2go restaurant that you can’t even order to-go at?
Bad service. Lot of actitude. Menues aren’t well specify and I can go on and on. Don’t waste your money here. Sushi isn’t fresh at all.
I ordered steak and chicken and this is what I Get. Shrimp and chicken that I could have prepared in my own house for the same price with much more quantity. Disappointed.
It was good in the beginning, but then got old beef and skinny frozen shrimp tempura. I got the same shrimp tempura in the frozen section at the grocery store and paid double for them frying it. I also threw up in the middle of the night.
Long strand of hair in my chicken hibachi. It was takeout, so by the time I got home and started eating, there it was. For the cooks, use a hairnet and be more responsible when preparing the food, thanks.
