Bidrage med feedbackCame at noontime. Sampled a number of items recommended by staff including octopus, all were great.
Stopped by for lunch driving north on the I95 was a great meal with great lunch specials. Nice shrimp and fried fish. My daughter struggled with the linguine and sauce but loved the taste, t-shirts can be washed!
Highly recommend Portugal wine and grill. Thr vlams appetizers plate was amazing so was everything else. Sangria was great too.
Excellent meal. Shared grilled octopus in garlic. Large portion; extremely succulent. Then had Paella, was very good. One lobster eclaw and tail, lots of clams, mussells, squid over rice--very tasty. Spouse had lamb shank. Excellent. Had a bottle of green wine as accompaniment. Was perfect with the shellfish and reasonable at $26. Shared a flan for dessert accompanied by a port aged 10 years $12). Excellent service. Only issue was the acoustics, very loud. But that was the other patron's fault, not the restaurant. We asked to move table and that was done immediately by the server without objection--as it should be. Meal with tax was $148--not cheap, but definitely good value. $30 tip for top notch service. Will definitely return for another special occasion.
Another great meal at Portugal Wine Bar Grill. My husband I, along with a family relative, visited last night and had a terrific meal of calamari in garlic sauce, Mariscada (bouillabaise with lobster, shrimp and scallops in a special green sauce of parsley and garlic. For an appetizer we had the codfish cakes; they were amazing because there was more fish in them than breading. For dessert, I had the coconut flan. We are lucky in this area to have such fine family run businesses instead of restaurant chains. Keep up the good work. Ricardo, we'll be back!
