I go there a lot in the evenings and get great service, but the three ladies who were today were totally not interested in being there. I greeted her with a friendly hallo. they didn't have to be friendly or even talk to me. they did not pay attention to what I demanded on two lousy sandwiches. I had to keep correcting them. the young man who works at night is really engaging. I give in the rule a generous top $10 for $20 worth of sandwiches, but not for these ladies that seemed no less to worry about. no smiling to be among them. there was no line and it was not busy so that not even apologise for being so rude.
There was a male associate with low cut who came to the front eating food (licking hands and all). He then came over to the food line to help the other associate make my husband and I sandwich. He grabbed gloves and never washed his hands. I asked him to wash his hands and he stated I put my gloves on I then told him that I seen him come up here eating and didn 't;t want him making my food without washing his hands first. He then walked to the trash and threw out the gloves he had on and got new gloves. Still did not wash his hands. I told other guy to make my food because he still didn 't wash his hands. People who can 't follow sanitation and hand washing shouldn 't work in food industry. This was so disrespectful to me because there is COVID and other bacteria/viruses going around and people seem to not care about others not alone themselves. I will not be returning to this location again.
Terrible. I won’t go back that’s for sure. I placed a pick up order and it was completely butchered. I realized this as soon as I got to my car. I would have went back in and asked for it to be remade, however when initially walked in and said in a very friendly manner “Hey guys! How’s it going?” I was given dirty looks and no response. So something told me had I went back in to have it remade that I would have been told off. Considering other reviews my intuition served me right. Wouldn’t come back if they were giving away free Subs. General Manager sucks at communication and didn’t offer a real solution or respond back to my last email. Hard pass.
I've been coming to subway and getting the exact same thing for years, I hate most condiments but I was obsessed with the sweet onion sauce and I would always have them drown my sandwich in it. Imagine my surprise when I opened my sandwich and the sauce was brown and thick and I hate it. So I immediately went back in, because nobody had even told me the sauce I asked for wasn't the sauce I got. I work at a restaurant, I'm very polite and professional and I would never cause a scene, but when I asked for a new sandwich with no sauce even though I really wanted my money back, but I know refunds are usually a no-go, they told me no?? Like I literally just walked out to my car and came right back and for them to be so rude to me really almost brought me to tears because I'm so nice and polite and would never treat a customer like that, especially a hangry one. So I guess I'll sit with this 10$ sandwich and reciept until Monday when I can hopefully get in touch with the manager. I will definitely update this review if they fix my problem but until then I'm a very unhappy customer and will never be back.
Ordered a veggie wrap and got 2 cucumbers on it then got an attitude when I asked for a couple more...staff is miserable not one of them smiling.. felt like I was bothering them.. next time I'll go wawa further away but employees are pleasant.
