Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Palm Coast

I got a call telling me what I ordete was not available. I dont understand how a chicken place was out of chicken nuggets. But I got some chicken instead and it was delicious!

Did not receive the 5pc chick tender mild with 2 sides and biscuit order instead they gave me a 3 pc chicken spicy meal with 1 side which is a a $9 difference. There was NO coke for the shrimp meal another $2. NO CONDIMENTS AT ALL!! which should be another $2 for all 3 meals. This order was disgraceful and its All cold.. Totally unsatisfactory. Request a refund in DD credits of $13.

Spicy tenders were over cooked and seem like they have been sitting for hours. The rice from the red beans and rice was not cooked. Dasher was awesome but Popeyes was horrible.

I ordered honey bbq New! 6Pc Wings and received a flavor that was not my ordered sauce and was so spicy I couldnt eat them. The Biscuits are always delicious

If there were 0 stars that's what I would select. I am completely puzzled how there can be 5 employees and a manager supposedly working. I pull up and there is not a single car in the drive through at the speaker for five minutes no one is saying a word. I say to my son we are going to have to go somewhere else this is crazy I can't even place the order. Finally i'm asked for my order. Ipull around to pay and I am asked to pull forward ???? There is no other customer here the guy behind me left not happy. I wish I could say that this is the first time that this has happened however, it is not. This Happens every single time I come to Popeyes. I do not know how they stay in business as everyone I have been her I either leave and several other cars leave?
