On a positive note, we visited in mid-April when the weather was perfect. If you can overlook the room issues and the price you're paying, there are enjoyable aspects to the stay. The golf course, ocean, and beach were absolutely stunning. The Atlantic Grill restaurant in The Lodge was quite good for three out of our four visits, though there was one occasion when I was served rotten fruit. The lazy river was a blast, especially when we went early in the morning before the crowds gathered. Beach chair rentals were conveniently available online at $60 plus tax for two umbrellas and two chairs.

The reviews are accurate! I booked a 3-bedroom condo in the Ocean Tower. While we could see the ocean, it was quite far away. I expected our balcony to be closer to the beach, but that wasn’t the case. The main issue was with the bedding. They did mention that bed types weren’t guaranteed, but they never indicated that one room would have two incredibly small beds—literally doll-sized! Grown adults simply couldn’t fit on them, so we had to use the pull-out couch, which was at least 25 years old and had a bar running down the middle of a very thin mattress. I brought this to management's attention, but received no resolution, just a simple "sorry." Nearly $700 a night for this? No thanks; I won't be returning next Thanksgiving. *UPDATE* Have you ever seen business replies filled with so many words that ultimately mean so little?

This resort is ideal for anyone seeking rest and relaxation. The stunning views and tranquil atmosphere make it a perfect getaway. We stayed in a newly renovated three-bedroom premium ocean view condominium, which was fantastic. This beachfront resort features a variety of on-site restaurants and plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. We enjoyed the spa, putting course, golf course, bicycle rentals, pools, and nearby boardwalk shops, among others. We really didn’t need to leave the property! The staff were exceptionally friendly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone greeted us with a smile and was ready to assist whenever needed. We will definitely be returning!

Mostly wonder and friendly help and food. Safe wouldn't open. Alex at front desk had no solution on Saturday except wait for engineer at 9. Transport for us at 9 am. If we had insulin or other urgent medication no one on property could help us. A maintenance man I think actually did have a key to safe and opened an hour later thank God. She apparently was clueless on that fact. Also AED behind desk in an office where in a cardiac arrest no patron could go grab and use within minutes to save a life. No signs displayed as to its location

My friends and I booked a premium suite for the weekend! We felt like we were on a tropical island. The room was nicely decorated, clean and contained useful items we need for cooking and bathing. Can't wait to go back for another girls weekend!
