What was particularly frustrating was the inconsistent explanations given by different staff members about why we weren’t placed near each other. The property’s grounds are quite nice, especially the pool area, which features a beautiful waterfall. The accommodations are set up as four villa units (two upstairs and two downstairs), but the quality of the villas varied greatly from one unit to another. For instance, we stayed above my parents, who had a newly renovated unit with modern appliances and a larger TV. In contrast, our unit was quite dated, and some other family members had even nicer accommodations than my parents. It’s disappointing that there is no mention of these differences in units at the time of booking, especially since everyone was paying the same rental price. Additionally, during check-in, some members of our group received complimentary stainless steel water bottles while others did not. When I asked to speak with the manager about the disparities in our experiences, I was told I would receive a call the next day, which never happened. I had to inquire again at checkout. Even after discussing the issues with the manager, I still felt as if we were being given the runaround. As someone who travels frequently, I was genuinely disappointed by the inconsistency in guest experiences. I cannot recommend this property, as you cannot be sure what kind of experience you will have upon arrival.

I stayed here for a work-related event and had high hopes for the place. The outdoor surroundings are beautiful, but unfortunately, the interior feels quite outdated.

I had a few extra days off from work and decided to go on a road trip. I'm so glad we discovered this place! The rooms, the grounds, and the pool are absolutely stunning. It's conveniently located near everything, and we're having an amazing time. It's always refreshing to escape home for a couple of days. The best part is that it's only 40 minutes away, yet it feels completely different.

This is our first stay at the resort and will definitely be our last. The units are in desperate need of a deep clean and are very outdated. The evening front desk employee, Chrissy, is not interested in helping us. Everything brought to her attention was met with I cannot help you. She also said not my problem but got upset with me when I said the same back to her. The grounds are nice and obviously that is where they are spending their dollars. Sorry, but I can't recommend this resort. It makes we wonder if their other locations have the same issues.

We had a blast here ... Staff is great and there's a lot to do! My only wish would be that you could choose the updated rooms over the need to be updated rooms. Right now it's hit or miss and quite frankly a big difference in rooms for the exact same price ... hence the 4 stars ... but other then that I'd stay here again !!
