Can’t say enough good things about this lounge! All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They truly went above and beyond for my husband and I! Awesome atmosphere and location! They have a great selection of local and mainstream brands to pick from, there’s something for everyone! Special thank you’s to Ken, Monkey and McKenzie, you all played a major role in making our vacation to Palm Coast unforgettable! Thank you for everything!

Recently I went to visit family in Palm Coast, Florida from Arizona and the vacation happened to be close to an upcoming birthday of mine. Prior to the visit, my mother in-law went to Ash and Ale, with my wife’s help over the phone, to get me some cigars. There was one extremely hard to get cigar that the owner Ken was able to procure for me which I am extremely great full for. My wife was also able to speak with Monkey over the phone, described my flavor profile for cigars and made some great recommendations based on that. My wife was also very happy about when speaking with Monkey over the phone and in person, she did not feel like his thought process was that she did not know what she was talking about because she does have quite a lot of knowledge of cigars. When I went to Ash and Ale in person, I got to meet Ken and he made a lot of recommendations and was very knowledgeable of the cigars, especially the local cigars which is what I like to get. Overall, Ash and Ale really cares about their customer’s experience and makes you feel welcome there, unlike a lot of other shops I have been to that it is just a business to them.

This is a great place to hang out and have great conversations and a Cigar they feel like family love the music on Tuesdays.Love Kenn,Mac and Monkey and sometimes Justin.
