The Parched Pig - Palm Beach Gardens

The same rating as what I wrote for Coolinary (I thought they were the same). literally the best food and drinking experience of my life, from apps to dessert!

We shared a charcuterie board, beet salad and Mac and cheese. All were fabulous. 1/2 price glass of wine, and a bottle of water. Our waiter (Sal) was phenomenal, probably the best waiter we?ve had in ages!

Amazing little gem! We ordered 4 cocktails and every one was phenomenal. They clearly spent a lot of time and energy making every drink. The food was also shockingly good! I never expect too much in terms of food from a cocktail bar, but I would definitely recommend. The fish dip wasn?t too creamy/Mayo-y and the cauliflower focaccia OMG ?

Consistently great. Apps and cocktails terrific. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Always have a Canadian east coast or Maine oysters to contrast the New Englanders. Awaiting pacific NW Kumamotos or similar. Guess I just have to keep coming back weekly. Twist my arm.

What a treat!!! I have been here twice and I had a great experience every time! Definitely try the roasted olives!!!! So good! It has a really good happy hour and small plate options. Oysters are always fresh and tasty ?
