Mcdonald's - Palm Beach Gardens

Shout to the girl who brought me my mobile job and just told me I'm really pretty. I just made my day. I wish I had her name.

You have to close this location. I come from food service. They aren't ever busy and act like they're slammed. 25+ minutes coming to pickup a small doordash order...... unacceptable. Sorry 10 more minutes and I was told I have no patience ???more than 30 minutes for some chicken nuggets and fries lol

Slower than a box turtle on the frozen Tundra! Lord have mercy! No personality, no sense of urgency and the fast food which I never really eat...stick wit h Chic Fila. Seriously, there is no wonder why McD 's is failing miserably.

I was in the drive thru and asked what drinks they have because I don’t drink pop. The employee says “ I don’t know what we have. It’s the same as what we’ve always had . So I ask her if she can turn around and look at the fountain machine and tell me and she tells me there’s no need to be rude. I just drove off after waiting for five minutes because she said her headset died. Customer service rule number one you never tell a customer you don’t know . You figure it out . Such a simple task and she didn’t want to do it. Don’t assume everyone goes so often that they have the menu memorized.

When I came to this drive-thru, I had my window rolled up and I was looking for my wallet so it took me about 60 seconds to put my window down and I wasn't sure if the girl in the Drive-Thru had already greeted me so I said hello. She went off on me saying I literally just pulled up to the drive-thru and didn't even give her a chance to say hello before I started saying hello and it was rude and blah blah blah. She went on to continuously be rude, I asked for her manager, she's told me her manager wasn't there and that I could go to another McDonald's. She told me she would spit in my food and called me a white cracker ****. Her name was Amber and I'm calling corporate tomorrow.
