10/10 for the acai bowls..... 2/10 for the workers. I waited about 10 minutes to order. normally it would be justifiable.... But I was literally the ONLY person in there. While 5 people kept looking at me through the small service window in the kitchen/backroom, laughing and joking and then arguing over who was going to come take my order. The guy came out, what do you want . I ordered. He flipped the screen so I could tip and sign... And just walked away. I wasn 't greeted, I waited to order while being the only person in the store, and was dismissed immediately after paying. I 'll come back because you 're acai bowls are insanely delicious, but.... You 're establishment would be better if your workers cared about the customers.
The Acai Bowls are like heaven on earth This was my first time not only hearing about 3Natives but also about Acai bowls. The place itself is very clean and inviting. The staff was super friendly and professional. I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of an Acai bowl but I went ahead and tried it. I ended getting the Chronic Acai bowl minus the coconut shavings. I put the first bite in my mouth and couldn't believe how tasty it was. My only regret was ordering a small and not a large : I highly recommend 3Natives. 5-Stars
Customer service could help better compensate for the expensive healthy food options I have edited the review to reflect your answer, as I ask of something that cannot be done, in fact I have offered to pay more for the change, you should have options for it. I would like to have paid $4 extra to have half, your employee was dry about it, there are ways to say no without coming with an attitude. Bowl and smoothie, 20 dollars no biggie for quality food, I understand how I run many companies and with employees is hard. The checkout person for you is of the utmost importance. I suggest working on a trained answer to say no to customers. Thyssen
Absolutely not as good as it was. Acai was very granular and there was not much of it in the larger bowl. Disappoint. It won't be back.
