The disrespect that I was faced with by 2 members for your customer service team on 9-5-2023 at about 2:30 pm over a $1 money order was very traumatizing , first they told me that there’s no minimum and then the told me that it has to be $50 or more I asked the manager why and she said that they use their own discretion after I told her I did I before at another Publix she said she’s been there for 20 years and I’m lying . Wasn’t expecting this from Publix . I understand if you guys have a minimum but the way and the manner of how I was treated is really not nice.

Elizabeth the manager is the best. She honored a sale on mission tortillas and offered me a raincheck. Ask for Elizabeth if you ever have any issues, she will take care of you.

Pharmacy said they had meds on phone, said ready in 30 minutes...it was 30 minutes out of our way. Computer wasn't aligned with actual inventory...big problem!!!

Tried calling the pharmacy all day and they would ignore the call or put me on hold. Went in person and it was not busy at all not sure why it’s so hard to pick up the phone ? Must be the new staff because i’ve never had this problem in the past.

Why does the Hot Bar 'Look so dry and not advertising at all 'Look at all the food they waste and it 's lunchtime why even have a Hot Bar if nobody attends to it make it make since they mix food together and u say something in regards to it now they don 't understand English 'Publix needs better staffing Especially at Hot Bar
