Trattoria Familiare Da Michele Jolanda

We had the best lunch of our lives today. Michele and Jolanda were so kind and welcoming, and patient with our limited Italian. They treated us and fed us like family. Michele explained everything from the very reasonably priced fixed menu. We enjoyed appetizers of local cheese, bread, olives, croquettes, arancini, and pnelle. Our main courses were delicious plates of pasta with fresh cheese, followed by the most amazing homemade cannoli. The whole meal was one of the most delicious things I’ve had in my life but that cannoli was something special. I cannot recommend this place any more highly, and 5 stars are not enough

What a great place. We’ve discovered by accident and loved it. Antipasti are the key. The ricotta cheese is memorable and the caponata is something to fall in love with. Staff is amazingly sweet and attentive. A must go
