Awesome experience pizza is top notch and the service was spectacular. Spilled wine on my jacket and they brought it into the back and cleaned it for me. American friendly, owner and managers are great too.

Despite being an incredibly busy place with tables of couples long tables of large friend/family groups the service was very good food was prompt. It is very well staffed has one of the most delicious menus I have seen in the many locations I have frequented in the past 3 months holiday in Italy. Normally I don’t do antipasti but was unable to miss the “little clouds” (nuvolette) of goat cheese rasberry… divine! The salumi e formaggi platter (three size options, we chose the smallest at €15) was fabulous, super fresh beautifully presented with a little pot of chilli infused honey that took everything to the next level, so good. I had a very hard time choosing my pizza in the end impulsively chose a white pizza (no tomato base) with stracciatella cheese, lashings of prosciutto cotto crumbled pistachio… zero regrets, would go back eat exactly the same order again tonight if I could. Good choice of beers on tap, try the Peroni Bianco, it’s very tasty a more gutsy than the usual ‘bionda’. Highly recommend.

The beauty of this place is that you ask for a martini cocktail and know what it is and how it is done, ask for a bloodcut and bring it to your blood, order a pizza and bring this stuff here. This is not a paste cornice, but a yeast made as a god commands and I see well when I say that there is an integral part of the dough. now join a good bar, a great chef and a pizza maker who knows that his simple is not. the staff is attentive and flexible compared to customers. quality raw materials. I mean, what's more to ask? among my favorites to the point that I feel reconfirmed the review already positive
